초록

The route to synthesize the mesoporous materials having microporous semicrystalline frameworks has been developed in this study; the successful incorporation of the microporous ZSM-5 within the framework walls of the ordered mesoporous structure could be performed by the sequential synthesis using a cationic surfactant and metal oxides in the presence of the hydrophobic agent of 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene which significantly improves the formability of the surfactant template during the solid rearrangement process in the framework. These meso-structured materials exhibit the hydrothermal stability and acidity that are difficult to achieve by conventional techniques. The incorporation of aluminum into the mesoporous walls greatly enhances the acidity and reactivity to be utilized as the most promising catalyst.
