지능형 Data Interaction 정보를 가진 확장형 선박 PALM 시스템
초록
Recently, not only integration of product data during design and production but also effective management of information such as recycling, maintenance, and asset data during full lifecycles has been attracted by many shipyards. And, product information managed by PLM is limited to the lifecycles from design incept to production only. Therefore, effect of PLM solutions, as the means of integrating product data of all aspects of a product's life from BOL(Begin of Lifecycle) has been decreased. Because of these reasons, the next generation shipbuilding-PLM (PALM, Product & Asset Lifecycle Management) is required to be expanded to full lifecycles that addresses the asset and recycling disposal design with the emerging concept of the capital project and international legitimate for recycling and environmental sustainability. Present study suggests the framework of PALM system and explains technique that be used to acquire marine vessel's MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) information during the full lifecycles using the Wireless Communication and AR (Agumented Reality). we also suggested a prototype of PALM system. In the prototype system, suggested features of PALM system are implemented.
