초록
The advent of multidetector row computed tomography(CT) has emphasized the importance of detailed knowledge of the overall structure of the heart. In this presentation, we will review (1) the external anatomy, (2) the valvular anatomy, (3) the fibrous skeleton and septum, (4) the four chambers, (5) the conducting system, (6) the coronary arteries and veins, and lastly (7) the pericardium. For this, we will use 3-D reconstruction images such as multiplanar reformation (MPR), maximum-intensity projection (MIP), volume rendering (VR) and virtual endoscopic imaging. Our aim of this presentation is to make the radiologist familiar with the cardiac anatomy at CT and acquainted with various 3-D reconstruction images of CT.
