초록

Recently, the discovered hexagonal mesoporous molecular sieves MCM-41, HMS, MCM-48 and KIT-1 offer new opportunities for transition-metal incorporation into mesoporous frameworks. Hydrothermal and various post synthesis method was used to substituting of titanium to silicate mesoporous molecular sieves. Two different surfactant templating mechanisms for MCM-41S preparation have been reported (S+I and S+XI+). For the preparation of MCM-48 and KIT-1, surfactant vs silica ratio was varied. In contrast, HMS silicates are prepared via neutral S0I0 assembly between a primary amine template (S0) and a silicon alkoxide precursor (I0). Although Ti-, V- and Mn-substituted mesoporous molecular sieves have been prepared by the electrostatic S+I and S0I0 pathway, we prepared Ti-substituted mesoporous molecular sieves by typical and various post-synthetic methods.
