H.264/SVC 화면 내 예측 인코더의 실시간 HD 영상 계층간 텍스처 예측을 위한 업-샘플링 구조 구현

초록

The Intra Inter-Layer Prediction(IILP) in H.264!SVC encoder multi-layer architecture require up-sampled data which generated by interpolation filtering process based on relationship between Reference Laycr(RL) and Extension Layer(EL). Additional operations for HorizontallV ertical filtering and memory space accessing for horizontal filtering and pre-interpolating result loading and storing are disadvantage which inhibit the real-time encoding and increase the hardware size. Therefore, In this paper, we propose a method for up-sampling in EL MB unit which efficiently reduce the memory size and filtering cycle.
