초록
One of the ultimate research targets of our lab is to accomplish realization of cheap and easy-to-use microcolumns in our country, which may be beneficial to graduate students, technicians, and workers in chromatography. Various tasks have been being carried out in our lab. An organic monolith encased in polymer tubing was prepared and cut into slices to yield very cheap disposable frits. Ground, sieved, and C18 modified silica monoliths have been packed in a microcolumn as a new stationary phase to show better chromatographic efficiency than conventional phases. A special phase composed of organic-inorganic combined monoliths was prepared by forming an organic monolith layer upon the surface of inorganic monolith particles to yield promising new stationary phases. Inexpensive, reproducible, and easy method for preparation of efficient open tubular MIP capillary columns has been developed through inventing a specific MIP reaction mixture.
