Control Performance of ER Engine Mount Subjected to Temperature Variations

In this paper, a mixed-mode ER engine mount is devised for passenger cars. After formulating the governing equation of motion, the dynamic stiffness of the mount is evaluated under various temperatures. In addition, displacement transmissibilty is evaluated in time and frequecy domain by applying the skyhook controller.
