초록

In this study, we have prepared the PLT (Pb1-xLaxTi1-x/4O3) thin films having several La concentration such as 5, 10 and 15mol% by using sol-gel method. In order to apply the prepared PLT thin film to the pyroelectric IR sensor, we investigated the pyroelectric characteristic parameters of the thin film with the La concentration. We used the dynamic method to analyze the frequency dependence of the pyroelectric properties of PLT thin film. This method has a great advantage such as nondestructive measurement in contrast with the static method. Therefore, we have measured the pyroelectric properties of PLT thin film with the La concentration such as voltage responsivity, noise voltage, noise equivalent power and detectivity by using dynamic method
