초록

Chiral intermediates are used as core elements in the field of pharmacy and biotechnology. Therefore it is necessary to suppress the generation of needless optical isomer and synthesis a pure form of optical isomer through asymmetric synthesis. It cannot be obtained in a separated enantiomer through the general chemical synthesis but use a chiral catalyst with enantioselectivity can be guided to one side enantiomer of the product. In this study, we tried to synthesize new catalyst with high optical selectivity and catalytic activity in asymmetric reaction by containing the BF3 to chiral salen supported on MCM-41. The catalytic activity and enantioselectivity of the Co (salen) complexes immobilized on MCM-41 were examined for the hydrolysis of epoxides.
