표면 플라즈몬 공진 현상을 이용한 설탕수용액 농도 측정

초록

In food and beverage industry, Concentration monitoring system is used for controlling concentration of sugar solution. So we fabricated surface plasmon resonance planar waveguide sensor for measurement of sugar-solution concentration. We measured four different sugar-solutions. Each solution has a 0%, 4%, 12%, 20% of sugar. As sugar-solution, which has high concentration of sugar, has high refractive index, we conclude it has relatively long SPR wavelength.
