현대도시 서울에 대한 정신분석학적 고찰에 관한 연구 : 트라우마(Trauma)와 건축적 환유(換喩)의 개념을 중심으로-

초록

we have experienced spectacle made by modern city as shock. Specilly, Seoul have a problem of absence of context between traditional city and contemporary city caused by shock. so we need a new design strategy to make a narrative for connecting the gap of time. This paper seek a alternation from the approach of psychoanalysis by using the notion of 'Trauma' as psychoanalytic reflection on the modern city, seoul. Through analysis the city of Seoul with the notion of 'trauma' on the basis of metonomy we show a alternation to design the disorderd situation of seoul. Finally, we suggested architectural alternation by analysing both the notion of metonymy announced by Lacan and 'La villete project made by peter eisenman. 근대화된 도시가 제공하는 스펙터클은 하나의 충격으로 다가 서게 되었다. 특히 서울과 같은 혼돈의 도시에서는 이러한 충격의 근원으로서 전통과 현대의 충돌을 통한 컨텍스트의 부재 등으로 다층적인 문제가 제시된다. 이러한 문제점에 대해 현대 도시 서울에서는 단절을 연계하는 자체적인 내러티브를 생산하기 위해 보다 새로운 디자인 접근을 필요로 하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 근대적 도시에 대한 반성적 접근으로서 정신분석학에서 말하는 ‘트라우마(정신적 외상)’개념을 통하여 현대 도시 서울을 분석하고, 이를 건축적 환유를 바탕으로 재해석한 후, 혼돈의 상황을 그려 나갈 수 있는 건축적 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 건축적 제안을 위해서는 라깡이 언명하는 환유와 피터아이젠만의 라빌레뜨 공모전 계획안에서 적용되는 환유를 종합 분석하여 그 건축적 가능성을 시험해보고자 한다.
