Out-of-plane bending/in-plane bending(OPB/IPB) moments were found to be the main cause of fatigue damage in the mooring line design of floating offshore structures. This paper aims to obtain the distribution of tension and tension angle of 10MW FOWT mooring line. DLC 1.2 was selected corresponding to the fatigue limit state of this FOWT. An integrated load analysis(ILA) was performed to check convergence of analysis according to time increment(Δt). The tension range was derived by rainflow cycle counting from time history of tension. Through the Anderson-Darling test, the probability density function with the highest fit was selected to confirm the convergence. Through an ILA performed at the selected Δt, it was confirmed that the tension for DLC was 0.043~0.144 MBL, had a distribution of -9.06~8.664 degrees, and θy had a distribution of -3.419~4.000 degrees. Obtained tension and OPB/IPB angle distribution will be used as basic data for estimating OPB/IPB fatigue damage. © 2023 The Author(s).
