Flavor structure of the nucleon electromagnetic form factors

We present the results of the recent investigation on the flavor structure of the electromagnetic form factors of the nucleon and the transverse charge and magnetization densities inside nucleons within the framework of the chiral quark-soliton model with symmetry-conserving quantization [1]. We take into account the rotational and linear strange-quark mass () corrections. To extend the results to higher momentum transfer, we consider the relativistic boost effects. We compare the results of the flavor-decomposed electromagnetic form factors with the recent experimental data. Having computed the flavor-decomposed electromagnetic form factors of the nucleon, we are able to compute the transverse charge densities inside unpolarized and polarized nucleons.
