In the realm of advanced materials, the demand for robust, multifunctional composites capable of simultaneously withstanding mechanical stresses and providing superior electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding had been growing rapidly. ? This research presents a breakthrough in the development of a flexible MXene@composites film with exceptional toughness and high-performance EMI shielding capabilities. The proposed film, a novel blend of MXene and polymers, not only exhibits remarkable mechanical durability under extreme conditions but also showcases an outstanding ability to shield against electromagnetic radiation. ? The preparation process involves the incorporation of 2D MXene nanosheets into a polymer matrix, creating a unique, synergistic structure that balances the film’s mechanical strength and EMI properties. The resulting composite film exhibits superior fracture resistance, making it highly suitable for applications in flexible and wearable electronic devices, aerospace, and military equipment. ? This research delves into the synthesis, characterization, and performance evaluation of this innovative MXene@composites film, highlighting its extraordinary combination of mechanical resilience and EMI shielding capabilities.
