An Analysis of the Forming Processes of A Flange

초록

The current three stage cold extrusion process including upsetting to rpoduce a flange is analysied for the purpose of improvement of manufacturing process. Numerical result shows that the newly proposed process with the conventional equipment is the most economical way to produce the required part.
