his study investigates the spatial dynamics of logistics enterprises in Zhejiang Province across five subsectors?road transport, freight forwarding, warehousing and handling, air freight, and water transport?based on firm-level POI data from 2012, 2017, and 2023. Kernel density estimation (KDE) reveals consistent clustering in Hangzhou, Ningbo, Yiwu, and Jiaxing, with distinct spatial patterns observed across subsectors. Road transport and warehousing exhibit widespread diffusion, while air and water logistics remain concentrated in key nodal areas. Variations in enterprise density are closely associated with regional development priorities, infrastructure investments, and urban spatial restructuring. Further regression-based investigation indicates that population density, income level, and road accessibility are positively associated with logistics agglomeration. These findings provide robust empirical evidence of sector-specific clustering patterns and underscore the relevance of demographic and infrastructural factors in shaping the spatial configuration of logistics industries.
