2050년 미래 스포츠의 디지털 전환과 건강관리 융합 정책을 위한 종합시나리오 연구

This study aimed to develop policy scenarios that address the challenges of digital transformation in sport and the integration of health management by 2050. To this end, a Delphi survey was combined with scenario planning, and the expansion of digital sport education and the integration of sport with remote health management were selected as the two policy agendas. A two-round Delphi survey was conducted with eight experts to identify key driving forces and potential wild cards. Drawing on the selected drivers, a 2×2 scenario matrix was constructed for each policy agenda, and policy implications and strategic tasks were derived for each scenario. For the expansion of digital sport education, advanced sport education technology, policy support and financial resources, and learners' digital acceptance emerged as the key driving forces. For the integration of sport and remote health management, advances in remote health management technology and infrastructure, stronger collaboration between the sport and medical sectors, and growing user awareness and demand emerged as the key driving forces. A total of eight future scenarios were developed across the policy agendas, along with an integrated scenario in which digital sport education and health management systems are connected through data, institutions, and community-based services. Overall, this study demonstrates that the future development of sport policy depends on policy support, institutional cooperation, social acceptance, and user participation, and the proposed scenarios offer strategic directions for a sport policy that connects education, healthcare, digital technology, and data governance.
