Optimization of Lactic acid production from kitchen refuse

Plackett- Burmann disign was used to efficiently select important factors influceing the lactic acid production in fermentation of kitchen refuses. pH swing and working volume were identified as main factors for lactic acid production. Central composite design was used for optimization of these factors.
