초록

This paper describes the design and field test resulting of Energy Harvesting Study for 25.8 kV Underground Line Manual Load Break Switches operation. The main goal of this study is to design and implement power generating system by using the magnetic energy from the 25.8 kV Underground line for the main controller. For this, CT Core for the power conversion from magnetic energy to electrical energy, AD Converter from variable electrical energy to stable 16 V DC output that has more than 130 mA are designed based on the field requirement. All of them were successfully tested and showed this system could be installed in the field immediately. This new power sourcing system could get rid of a lot of issue from Power Source related issue at the conventional Load Break System.
