Numerical analsis of low-pressure gas discharge using finite element method

초록

To verify the use of FEM in the simualtion of gas discharge, its results was compared with those of FEM. The searching algorithm for particle's position was also represented. The argon discharge of rod-plane electrode was simulated using FEM and its results was showed.
