The olefin is important reactant to produce a variety of polymers. The 1,3-butadiene(BD) is preferred among C4s to polymerize synthetic rubbers like acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS) polymer, acrylonitrile butadiene(NBR) and styrene-butadiene (SBR). The most well-known methodology to obtain BD is the catalytic dehydrogenation of n-butane (BT). [1] In oxidative dehydrogenation (ODH) of BT to BD metal oxide catalysts are usually used such as Mo, Bi and the oxide mixture. [1,2] Mo oxide has activated oxygen species on metal oxide surface (i.e. M-O-M or M=O) which can catalyze selective ODH of hydrocarbons under oxygen condition and high temperature. [1,3] It has been reported that the nano-carbon materials show the unique activity and selectivity for the ODH of paraffin to olefin
