초록
ω-Aminotransferase reversibly catalyzes the transamination reaction for particular substrates with pyridoxal 5’-phosphate (PLP as a cofactor. Theoretical structure of ω-aminotransferase was constructed by GeneFold moldule using the sequence similarity.
