치과용 전착 다이아몬드 버의 가공성 특성 분석에 관한 연구

초록

Diamond has excellent properties such as hardness, chemical resistance, wear resistance. It has been used various fields such as electronics, optics, tool using Dental. This study was carried out to verify grinding performance of dental diamond bur. Workpieces were used to Lithium disilicate glass-ceramic which is widely used as a prosthetic material. Machinability test was conducted according to ISO standards(ISO-7711-3). After the experiment, It measured the machined depth according to machining time and observed scanning electron microscope image which compares before and after diamond bur. As a result, machined depth were declined according to machining time. SEM image showed that significant loss of diamond grits occurred during machining.
