A Study on Electrochemical Complex Process System Development and Ultra Precision Machining Method
초록
This thesis, the study has performed a static structural analysis on the major units of X, Y, and Z axes that may affect the transfer of electrodes and super-precision machining upon completion of designing a system capable of the electrochemical complex process. In addition, in a bid to carry out research on ultra-precision machining and processing, the study has selected several processing conditions such as type and concentration of electrolyte, electrolyte flow, applied voltage, and duty factor, which are the main factors in the electrochemical complex process and selected the optimal machining and processing condition based on the in-depth analysis of a number of physical properties, including surface condition, machining form, and surface roughness in line with each of different conditions. The study has also implemented the ultra-precise machining using the electrochemical complex process system and described the methodology of ultra-precision machining and processing that enables to create different levels of surface roughness depending on the single-layer form and each of different forms.
