개별요소 해석 기법을 활용한 휠 로더 버켓 적재 효율 향상 조건 분석 연구

초록

n this study, the load conditions during excavation between wheel loader bucket and load using discrete element method simulation were compared and analyzed. The buckets which are in contact with the load were used in the most severe conditions except for the driveline. The bucket was used to analyze the product through the mathematical modeling. Recently, researches using individual element analysis techniques are being actively pursued along with the development of computer computing ability. In this study, we define the particle modeling for rocks commonly found in mines, horns, etc. by using DEM analysis program and perform simulation analysis considering the working conditions of the wheel loader. The load, the number of particles, and the weight of the bucket with respect to the initial elevation angle, initial elevation angle, and the weight of the bucket were compared and analyzed
