초록

Relatively new type of 10-membered zeolitic molecular sieve SUZ-4 has been newly interested due to its topologically resemblance with ferrierite and peculiar acidic properties. Here, this novel zeolite having high potential application in catalysis could be reproducibly synthesized with TEAOH as a template under vigorous stirring condition. Moreover, its crystal morphology could be controlled by various H2O/SiO2 ratios. Good crystalline SUZ-4 was obtained with the agitation of above 250rpm. Reaction parameters such as pH, concentration and reaction time also influenced the morphology and crystallinity of crystals. Synthesized SUZ-4 molecular sieves were characterized by BET, NH3-TPD, XRD and SEM.
