폐색전증 조기진단법에 관한 연구

초록

We did this study in 40 patients in whom pulmonary perfusion scan were done. Plasma D-dimer level showed sensitivity 92.3%, specificity 14.8%. Lower extremities' Doppler showed 30.0% and 100%, respectively. Echocardiogram showed 50.0% and 58.8%, respectively. Conclusively lower extremities' Doppler was helpful in early treatment and plasma D-dimer level, in exclusion of unnecessary examinations.
