초록

The molecular imprinted technique is a versatile procedure for chiral separation of drugs, amino acids and macromolecules etc. This study shows the chiral separation of ketoprofen enantiomers by a porous layer open tubular (PLOT) column in a silica capillary format. The template molecule was incorporated with methacrylic acid (MAA), ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) and 4-styrenesulfonic acid (4-SSA) and dissolved in a porogen mixture of acetonitrile/2-propanol (9/1). The inclusion of 4-SSA in the monomer mixture enabled the wide pH range tuning in optimization procedure due to the presence of sulfonic acid functionalities
