친환경 리모델링 기법을 통한 초등학교 유휴공간 활용에 관한 연구-수평 증축을 통한 아트리움 공간구성을 중심으로-

초록

People expect to a better life of balancing both work and personal life, but they felt low quality of life because of lack of infrastructure close to daily life such as education, culture, and sports facilities. If cultural and welfare facilities are expanded around the residential area, people can live a decent life anywhere. Increasing satisfaction of personal life will affect the development of the community. In addition there is an increasing demand for remodeling educational facilities for ECO-friendly and energy-saving purposes. Therefore, this study focus on the potential of idle spaces in elementary schools, which located at the center of residential areas, and propose a plan to utilize idle spaces in Serving High School elementary schools through eco-friendly techniques.
