초록

Composite rods consisting of two or more different material layers are widely used due to the diversity of properties such as high electrical conductivity, high corrosion resistance, high strength, wear resistance etc. [1]. Extrusion is related to large deformation of material and leads to non-homogeneous deformation within work-piece material. The mechanism of plastic deformation during the composite rod extrusion is much more complicated than that in the single metal extrusion.
