초록

We report on numerically calculated chromatic dispersion profiles of As2Se3 chalcogenide glass waveguides of various dimensions. The anomalous dispersion condition for phase-matched four-wave mixing processes in a strip waveguide structure of the As2Se3 glass was determined for the waveguide dimension of height and width larger than 300 nm and 500 nm, respectively.
