22.9 kV 수전설비에서 과도과전압에 대한 리스크 평가

This paper presents characteristics of transient overvoltages(TOVs) and their risk assessments based on the measurement results of TOVs generated and flowed in 22.9 kV consumer’s substation for a year. As a consequence, 47 events of TOVs are measured and 4 events of TOVs are higher than the threshold level of information technology industry council(ITI) curve. The crest value of them is 92.9 kV(60/100㎲) and the voltage exceeds the fixed protection level of lightning arresters(LA) and insulation level of vacuum circuit breaker(VCB). The results presented in this paper could be useful to design the insulation coordination of 22.9 kV consumer’s installations.
