초록
In acidic conditions, the stability of hGM-CSF was deteriotated and protease activity in plant cell cultured media also showed relatively higher level. In bioreactor experiments, the optimum pH was determined at 5.5 for both the cell growth of Nicotiana tabacum and the production of hGM-CSF. Control of dissolved oxygen was solely achieved by aeration rate to investigate the effect on cell growth and hGM-CSF production and to avoid the effet of agitation rate. As a result, the cell growth was promoted by an increased DO up to 50% DO.
