사람 양막에서의 배양이 토끼 관절연골세포의 증식력과 표현형에 미치는 영향

초록

The aim of this study was to study preliminarily the effects of HAM on proliferation and phenotypic stability of articular chondrocytes in vitro, and evaluate the potential application for HAM in articular cartilage repair. Our results show that denuded HAM was able to support boty growth and phenotypic stability during the culature of chondrocytes on the stromal side of HAM. These findings demonstrated the feasibility of HAM for articular cartilage repair as chondoryctes delivery vehicle.
