배관 설계용 5D 캐드 시스템의 배관 압력 계산 시스템 개발

초록

Process plants, such as semiconductor and refineries, petrochemical plants, are complex facilities consisting of equipment, piping systems, instruments, electrical systems, electronics, computers, and control systems. The design, engineering and construction of process plants involves a multidisciplinary team effort. Especially, the engineering technology is a key design element for designing piping systems in the process plants. In this study, we have introduced a practical development for the engineering of piping design in 5D CAD system. The 5D CAD system is a collaborative solution developed to reduce process design complexity, design and construction time. Therefore, the pressure calculation method for the piping design was developed and integrated into the 5D CAD system. Darcy-Weisbach and Bernoulli's equation was used to evaluate the pressure in the pipeline system, and its function can be calculated in real time during the design process in the 5D CAD system.
