New FMM Identity and MLFMA for Scattering by Large PEC Objects Above Lossy Ground Plane

A new FMM identity for a lossy half-space Green's function is proposed. Then, the proposed formula is applied to a multi-level fast multipole algorithm for the calculation of the electromagnetic scattering by an arbitrarily shaped and perfectly electrical conducting body in the presence of the lossy half space. The simulation is verified with the results of the FEKO.
