NaCl 용액의 농도 분석을 위한 표면 플라즈몬 평판 도파로 센서의 제작

초록

We fabricated surface plasmon planar waveguide sensor. The surface plasmon planar waveguide sensor is composed of three-layer structure which is Au thin film/Cr thin film/fused silica substrate. As surface plasmon is generated on surface of Au thin film, If the refractive index of the sample on Au thin film changes, the surface plasmon spectrum shifts. So we used the surface plasmon resonance phenomenon for analysis of concentration of NaCl solutions.
