Effect of copolymer composition on the adhesion and physical properties of acrylic elastomer synthesized by the emulsion polymerization

초록

아크릴계 공중합체는 내열성과 내유성 및 내후성이 우수하며 점착제로도 사용되고 있다. 선행 연구에서는 Poly(n-butyl acrylate-co-ethyl acrylate)의 adhesive properties를 규명한 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 선행 연구에서 가장 좋은 점착 물성을 나타낸 조성의 poly(n-butyl acrylate-co-ethyl acrylate)에 cure site로 acrylic acid 및 allyl chloride를 첨가하였을 때 이 공중합체의 열적특성과 접착력 및 응집력 변화를 조사하였다. 본 연구는 방위사업청과 국방과학연구소 지원에 의한 연구결과이다.
