Detection of Helicobacter Pylori by PCR after Amplification of 16S rRNA from Gallstone
초록
H.pylori coluld be detected in the gallstone by PCR after amplification of 16S rRNA. The role of H. pylori and their products in gallstone formation will be elucidated.
