참당귀(Angelica gigas Nakai) 현탁세포배양에서 extracellular polysaccharide의 생산

초록

Suspension cells of Angelica gigas Nakai was cultivated to produce extracellular polysaccharides(ECPs) as immunostimulating agents. Effects of enzyme elicitor on cell growth and ECPs production were investigated in suspension cultures. Production of ECPs was increased with the cell growth. Maximum cell density of 17.4 g/L and 1.05 g/L of ECPs were obtained. Elicitation using various enzymes enhanced cell growth and ECPs production.
