초록
Spectral method is used for the exact dynamic analysis of structures within any frequency range and by using Spectral Element Method inhomogeneous or multiply- connected structures can be also analyzed exactly while it is almost impossible for analytical method. But the main restriction of present spectral method is that it has been applied to only one dimensional structure such as rod, beam and furthermore no research has been reported in developing spectral element of 2-dimensional plate considering the fluid-loading effect. In fluid loaded environment, the dynamic characteristics of structures are quite different from in vacuo condition due to the interaction between structure and fluid. In this study, therefore, new spectral element of 2-dimensional plate structure is developed to deal with the structure under fluid loading and show how the dynamic characteristics of structure are changed due to fluid loading including mean flow effects.
