자궁경부에서 발생한 peripheral T cell lymphoma의 세포학적 소견

초록

Primary malignant lymphomas of the uterine cervix are extemely rare. Most of those previously reported have been B-cell lymphomas, However, several cases of primary T cel lymphomas in the uterine cervix are reported in medical literature. Most cervicovaginal smear of uterine cervical lymphomas give lower diganostic yield than common epithelial malignancy because abnormal cells do not appear in the sample in the absence of surface ulceration. We discribe a rare case of primary T cell lymphoma of the uterine cervix with cervicovaginal smear.
