The purpose of the research is to use qualitative meta-analysis to investigate the introspection experiences of college students who engaged in literary therapy to find the meaning of literary therapy in the transformation and creation of college students' identities. Based on the methods of Na Jang-Ham(2008)'s qualitative meta-analysis research approach, a total of 8 KCI journals published in Korea were chosen as research subjects in this research. As a major result of this, first, technical topics from a personal perspective were 'Facing a New Me', 'Self-Negativity Due to Other Sensitivity', 'Enlightenment through Self-Reflection', 'Improving Self-Positivity and Self-Esteem', and 'Inner Discovery through Reflection', and 'Inner Healing through Reflection' as comprehensive topics. Technical topics from a social perspective were 'Life without a Goal', 'Life where I am the Main Body in My Life', 'Elifeter with Me and You', and 'Pursuing an Other-Oranented Life'. Comprehensive topics include 'Other Oriented Attitudes through Reflection' and 'Practicing Other Orientation through Reflection'. Personal and societal aspects were used to generate a total of 8 technical themes and 4 comprehensive topics. The following are thorough interpretations and conclusions based on technical and comprehensive topics: The experience of self-reflection in literary therapy was found to be extremely beneficial in the development of a healthy sense of identity in college students' personal and social lives. Therefore, literary therapy based on self-reflection and other art treatments will be developed, and ongoing research will be required so that college students can build a healthy sense of self.
