The authors regret that the number of mother–child pairs reported in the Highlights and Graphical Abstract was incorrect. We analyzed 1.62 million mother–child pairs (2015–2021) with follow-up to 2023.We assessed prenatal air pollution exposure and KD risk in children.Prenatal PM2.5, PM10, SO2, and NO2 exposure increased KD risk. The third trimester was the most vulnerable window for air pollution exposure.
