미세공동(microcavity)을 가지는 유기발광소자의 광학적 특성

We report that the optical properties of organic light emitting diode(OLED) with microcavity structures. Microcavity effect was observed due to the multilayer of OLED. We measured and simulated the EL spectra of OLED with microcavity. Also, the OLED with microcavity is compared with the convential OLED. The main peak of EL spectra was shifted by the control of thickness of cavity length and phase change on reflection of mirrors
