Rheology of synthesized TiO2？polystyrene complex suspensions

Rheological behavior and suspension structures of rutile titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles in nonaqueous medium were investigated by intro-ducing stable nanoparticles with a lower density using surfactants. The TiO2-polystyrene (PS) nanoparticles were also prepared by dispersion polymerization with inorganic particles as core materials and precipitation of cationic-PS with TiO2 by hydrolysis process.
