Study on the Crosstalks at Interconnects of Integrated Circuits by FDTD-OML

This paper reports a full wave analysis about the crosstalks of interconnects, which become significant and consequently limit the performance of integrated cicuits. We analyze the frequency characteristics and the time response of parallel adjacent interconnect lines, crossed adjacent interconnect kines and parallel ddjacent interconnect lines which are on the different planes by using FDTD-PML method. In the parallel adjacent interconnect lines, the crosstalks as a function of are simulsted.
