A Study of the Cell Image Acquisition and Target Tracking of Microbeam System for Microdosimetric Aspects of Low-Dose Radiation.

The electron microbeam irradiation system is used to analyze microdosimetric aspects on low dose radiation after irradiation electron beam that has energy less than 100KeV to cellular nucleus. In this paper, we developed electron microbeam system that can irradiate micro electron beam exactly after acquiring cell image and taking a position of nucleus to the beam target as much as possible.
