IPA를 활용한 공공체육단체 구성원의 윤리경영에 대한 평가

초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to assess the significance and level of ethical management implementation among employees of public sports organization using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Method: The research involved administering a survey to employees of domestic public sports organizations, and conducting an IPA using data from a total of 285 respondents. Results: First, the key items commonly identified in the maintenance raea were ‘recognition of the importance of ethical management by key leaders’, ‘providing ethcial management standards for members’ , and ‘support to maintain a balance between organizational life and personal life’ ‘ etc. Second, the commonly identified items in the excess area were ‘reflection of tehical awareness in the selection of members’, ‘voluntary will to carry out social contribution activities’, ‘implementation of social contribution practice programs that leverage the characteristics of the affiliaetd organization’, and ‘affiliation from the loca l community’. Favorable perception and evaluation of the organization appeared. Third, key items commonly identified in low-ranking areas included ‘operating an ethics-erlated compensation system’ and ‘suppor-t ing time and costs for social contribution activities’. Fourth ,the items commonly identified in the area o f intensive improvement were ‘operating an excellent talent deveolpment system’, ‘providing feedback on performance evaluation of members’, ‘implementing reasonable and fair human resource management policies’, and ‘fair and reasonable management commensurate with performance’. ‘Compensation’ etc. appeared. Conclusion: This study has practical implications as it offers significant recommendations for ethical management evaluation from the viewpoint of members of public sports organizations.
