A Study on the Unite Types of the Public Apartment Housing in the Architectural Design Competition

This paper deals the characteristic of apartment building unit type, which were suggested in the public housing competition in In-cheon city, Korea. This case is proposed by method that is various unit type. The results of this study are as follow; 1) Order style space proposal that consider life-style 2) Integration design of equipment shaft proposal 3) The extension and connection of service space are reflected to an increase in size of balcony and storage and the flexibility of utility space. 4) Proposal of mixed structure
